Brief History

| 1989 | Established to develop hardware and software solutions for corporate clients and OEMs. |
| 1998 | Appointed as the first Australian distributor for Caldera Inc. (later known as The SCO Group). Caldera’s products included one of the first Enterprise Linux distributions OpenLinux and the DR-DOS operating system, plus application, development and networking tools for both environments. |
| 2002 | Appointed sole Australian distributor for Samsung Contact by Samsung SDS Co., Ltd. |
| 2004 | Established a SmoothWall Security Centre to support SmoothWall firewalls and web content filters. |
| 2005 | Started distribution of TheGreenBow IPsec VPN for Sistech SA. Expanded the partnership with SmoothWall to include Australian & New Zealand distribution of SmoothWall security products. Custom Technology also appointed the distributor for NoMachine secure remote access products. |
| 2006 | Appointed sole ANZ (now APAC) distributor of SEP sesam backup for SEP AG. |
| 2009 | Appointed exclusive ANZ distributor for Netvoyager thin clients. |
| 2011 | Appointed sole APAC distributor for Zarafa (now Kopano) collaboration software. Also for Univention enterprise Linux solutions. |
| 2014 | Appointed sole APAC distributor for CensorNet security solutions. |
| 2015 | Appointed sole APAC distributor for Webanywhere education solutions. Also for agorum document and enterprise content management software. |
| 2020 | Appointed sole APAC distributor for Benno MailArchiv mail archiving. |
