Many believe their data in the cloud is fully protected from all possible loss. So it may come as a surprise, but by themselves SaaS solutions such as Office 365, G Suite, Salesforce don’t fully protect you against data loss. CensorNet has been named as a Niche Player in the October 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud Access Security Brokers report for the second year. First compiled in 2017, this is the second Magic Quadrant focused on cloud access security brokers (CASBs), with vendors positioned based on ability to execute and completeness of vision.
Recently we were scared twice: Google reads our emails and with Microsoft Office365, users can be monitored. I was surprised that apparently there are companies that let people read e-mails instead of automatically browsing through content… but that’s beside the point here. More important is the recurring insight that whoever has data, uses it.

In addition to acquiring CensorNet’s MFA business, Entrust Datacard have made a strategic investment in CensorNet. This long term partnership will ensure both sides capitalise on the clear synergy that exists between product sets, particularly around CASB and user behavior/activity analytics.
